Initial Evaluation Visits are approximately 75-90 min. Lab work may be done prior to your first visit or afterwards, depending on circumstances. At your first visit we will dive right in with an Initial consultation to sort through and identify what's really going on and build a detailed, personalized plan for lasting results. From the treatment plan we create together, you can choose the next right step for you.

We offer 6- and 12- month memberships for those who wish to work with us in a comprehensive, consistent approach for accelerated, sustainable results.

We are open by appointment only. Same day appointments may be possible. You can book online here or call us at 678.421.4703.
We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment as well as HSA cards. Due to the nature of our practice, we do not accept or bill any insurance.

COVID POLICIES
In order to keep appointments simple, safe and stress-free, here is what you can expect from your visit:

You are not required to wear a mask during appointments however you are welcome to do so.

If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We will also reschedule appointments if the practitioner or staff is unwell.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING
Any clothing will work, but for your comfort, we provide fabric robes, if it is necessary for you to change for the physical exam portion of the visit.

If you have copies of any lab work or reports from the previous 12 months, they can often provide some useful insight during the lab evaluation.
