The Experience
What it feels like to be there
Iceland is an immersive, full-bodied experience shaped by movement, landscape and shared adventure. The days are full and thoughtfully planned to make the most of a remarkable place. You will experience shared adventures and unforgettable landscapes.
What makes it restorative is not the pace, but the support. Every detail is carefully prepared in advance; from itineraries and logistics to meals and packing guides, allowing you to be fully present and experience the journey without holding it all together yourself.
The result? A retreat that many women describe as expansive, alive, energizing and restorative at the same time, a rare combination of awe, connection and relief while being guided through something extraordinary. The sense of renewal lingers long after the trip ends.
How the Days Unfold
Day 1 — Arrival + Settle In
You’ll arrive in Iceland early in the morning, and instead of rushing, we ease into the experience.
We begin with a soak in one of Iceland’s iconic geothermal lagoons—either the world-famous Blue Lagoon or the more intimate Sky Lagoon—letting the warm water and mineral-rich air help you reset after travel.
From there, we settle into Reykjavík for a slow afternoon—fresh air, ocean views, and space to arrive.
We’ll gather for a beautiful welcome dinner that evening before turning in early.
* This first day is about exhaling and letting Iceland meet you.
Day 2 — Water, Earth, and Fire
Today we explore some of Iceland’s most iconic landscapes—where tectonic plates shift, geysers erupt, and waterfalls carve through volcanic rock.
We move through the Golden Circle at an intentional pace, with time to take it in rather than rush through it.
There’s space for unexpected stops, a warm soak in a quiet geothermal pool, and simple, local food along the way.
We end the day in the countryside, surrounded by open land and wide skies.
* Expect your first real sense of just how wild and beautiful this place is.
Day 3 — The South Coast
We head along Iceland’s dramatic southern coastline—one of the most visually striking drives in the world.
Waterfalls appear out of nowhere, some so close you can feel the mist on your skin. Black sand beaches stretch for miles, shaped by the power of the ocean.
We’ll stop often, but never feel rushed—this is a day for experiencing, not checking boxes.
By evening, we settle into a quiet coastal village.
* This is Iceland at its most raw and cinematic.
Day 4 — Glaciers + Stillness
Today we journey further along the coast to one of Iceland’s most breathtaking landscapes—where glaciers meet the sea.
We’ll spend time near a glacial lagoon, watching ice drift slowly through the water, then walk along a nearby black sand beach scattered with pieces of ice.
There’s an optional opportunity to get even closer to the glacier for those who want a bit more adventure.
We stay nearby tonight, in one of the quietest and most awe-inspiring areas of the trip.
* This is the kind of place that makes everything else go quiet.
Day 5 — Slow Down + Take It In
After several full days of exploration, we begin to slow the pace.
We make our way back through the south, stopping for relaxed meals and a few favorite places along the way.
That evening, we settle into one of the most unique stays of the trip—our bubble tents under the Icelandic sky.
* A night to reflect, connect, and simply be.
Day 6 — Integration + Departure
We return to Reykjavík for a final morning together.
There’s time to wander, pick up a pastry, or simply sit with a cup of coffee and take in the last moments of the trip.
We’ll close with a grounding experience before heading to the airport.
* You’ll leave feeling clear, full, and deeply restored.
