What it feels like to be there

this retreat is built around a simple rhythm: move your body, spend time outdoors and rest without guilt. 

​

Each day includes guided yoga and hiking, balanced with unstructured time to relax, nap journal or explore Sedona more. The pace is intentionally steady with enough activity to feel energizing, yet never so full you feel rushed or depleted. 

​

Meals are shared, logistics are handled and nothing is mandatory. You're supported to participate fully or step back when your body asks for it. 

​

This is not about pushing limits or chasing transformation. It's about creating a few days where movement feels good again, time slows down and you return home feeling clear, steady and rested. 

How the Days Unfold

Day 1: Arrival + Exhale

Arrive in Sedona and settle into the house. Depending on arrival time, you'll have space to either rest, unpack or simply settle in.

Gentle stretching + optional reflection

Overnight in Sedona

Day 2: Yoga, Hiking + Open Space

You can expect:

Morning yoga

Guided hike

Independent afternoon (house or town)

Day 4: Depatrue

Breakfast + Departures. No programming scheduled.

Evening Guided Reflections: Evening reflection is offered most nights, providing space to share observations from the day, ask questions or simply listen. Participation is always optional.

​

The rhythm supports movement and renewal, not overexertion. 

​​

A detailed itinerary, packing guide and timing, routes, logistics are finalized and shared with registered guests closer to departure.

Included --All major planning and coordination is handled in advancem including: 

  • Three nights of shared lodging in a private Sedona home. 

  • Group transportation during the retreat

  • Daily guided yoga sessions

  • Welcome charcuterie and three group dinners

If you're craving movement that feels good, space to breathe and a few days where everything is handled, you'll likely feel very at home here.

This may not be the right fit if you're seeking a highly scheduled, high-adrenaline experience, spa/resort, want high intensity workouts, want complete solitude or seek therapy/deep emotional processing. .

Pricing reflects accomodations, group transportation, planned experiences, most meals and on-site guidance throughout the retreat.
