Your guide, not your guru
I've spent years working with omen who are capable, thoughtful and caring. They are also deeply tired of carrying everything well. Women who don't need "fixing" but do need to breathe, feel and remember themselves.

I don't run retreats to push transformation or manufacture breakthroughs. I create environments where your nervous system can soften, where insight happens naturally and where nothing is forced.
​
My role is to guide gently, hold structure lightly and let each woman have her own experience, at her own pace.
​
My background is in functional medicine and women's health, but my work now lives at the intersection of science, nervous system care and real life. I've guided women through seasons of hormonal change, identity shifts, burnout and renewal; both in practice and on retreat.

These retreats are informed by that lens, but they're not clinical experiences. They're deeply human ones.
​
You will not be asked to perform, overshare or become someone new. You're welcome exactly as you are, quiet, curious, tired, hopeful or unsure. My commitment is to create a container that feels safe, spacious and deeply respectful.

The Experience
Days are intentionally unhurried. We move between shared experiences and spacious downtime, meals together, time in nature, guided reflection, quiet mornings, unstructured afternoons. Nothing is mandatory. Rest is not something you earn here, it's built in.
