Your guide, not your guru
I've spent years working with women who are capable, thoughtful and caring. They are also deeply tired of carrying everything and doing everything. Women who don't need "fixing" but do need to breathe, feel and remember themselves.

I don't run retreats to push transformation or manufacture breakthroughs. I create environments where your nervous system can soften, where insight happens naturally and where nothing is forced.

A client once sat across from me in my office and told me, "I've spent my whole life caring for everyone else. I just want someone to care for me."
That moment clarified what so many women were needing, not more prescriptions, effort or self-work, but a place to put things down. A place where mental gymnastics, never-ending to-do lists and decisions were already handled.
I can't take care of every woman in her daily life, but I can create a space, for a week, where she doesn't have to carry anything.
These retreats are designed so you don't have to manage, think, organize or hold everything together. You're quietly, thoroughly supported. This design means you can rest, breathe and return home genuinely restored.
My role is to guide gently, hold structure lightly and let each woman have her own experience, at her own pace.

My background is in functional medicine and women's health, but my work now lives at the intersection of science, nervous system care and real life. I've guided women through seasons of hormonal change, identity shifts, burnout and renewal; both in practice and on retreat.

These retreats are informed by that lens, but they're not clinical experiences. They're deeply human ones.

If you've been craving something quieter and more intentional that you don't have to plan yourself, you're in the right place.

-Retreat Participant K.R.
"It was a rare chance to step away from caretaking and expectations and rediscover the core of who I am"
-Retreat Participant R.P.
The retreat allowed me to step out of my regular world, reflect deeply and immerse myself in my own healing"

Is this for you?
You're craving space to slow down, feel supported and reconnect with yourself - without pressure or performance, nothing forced.
You value meaningful conversation, nature, quiet moments as much as shared experiences.
You're open to gentle structure but want freedom to rest, opt out or follow your own rhythm.
You're not looking for a packed itinerary or a "fix", but a reset grounded in presence and care.
These retreats may not be the right fit if you're seeking a highly scheduled, high-adventure or performance-driven experience.
