The Experience
What it feels like to be there
We move more slowly, spend time near the water, explore small villages and share simple meals mixed with quiet moments. Some days include short drives or walks (hikes are optional); others are intentionally open.
There is no agenda to "do" in Lofoten. The invitation is to experience it, through presence, simplicity, and shared time in a place that feels both wild and deeply grounding.
How the Days Unfold
Day 1: Friday, June 19 - Arrival in Lofoten
​We depart from Bergen by air early and arrive in Lofoten around mid-day. From the airport, we travel by car directly to our first overnight stay.
The afternoon allows time to settle in, take in the scenery and gently arrive efore dinner together at Nunsfjord Artic Resort.
You can expect:

Ground transportation handled

Overnight in Nunsfjord

Day 2 + 3: Exploring the Islands
The days are centered on experiencing Lofoten's landscape up close. Acitivites may include hiking, coastal exploration and time on the water; balanced with flexibility based on weather and group energy.
We transition to our next lodging in the Reine area.
You can expect:
Outdoor exploration (weather-dependent)
Hiking and scenic viewpoints
Fjord-focused experiences
Choices between activity and rest

Day 4: Return to Oslo
We depart Lofoten late in the afternoon, by air and travel back to Oslo. Overnight accomodations are provided near the airport for ease of depature the following morning.

Futher Lofoten area exploration
Travel day back to Oslo
Overnight to Oslo

Day 5: Departure
Breakfast at the hotel and individual departures based on personal travel plans.

Acitvities during the Lofoten extension are weather-dependent and adjusted to ensure safety and flexibility.

A detailed itinerary, packing guide and timing, routes, logistics are finalized and shared with registered guests closer to departure.

Pricing and registration for the Lofoten Extension is ONLY for participants already registered for the main Norway retreat. Registration for Lofoten is handled separately through Practice Better.
